This thesis deals with entry knowledge and overall IT education company situation analysis. Based on the analysis, I created an education plan or a model that has goal to enhance training effectiveness as well as to improve information technology know-how and use within the company in order to increase the company profit and at the same time help employees in their professional growth and thus enhance their loyalty and personal satisfaction.

This thesis deals with the setup process evaluation of the effectiveness of corporate training in an engineering company. A few concrete activities have been chosen which first analyzed, then set and applied to the evaluation system. The aim is to see how efficient the use of corporate resources for training staff, and their evaluation is. The process has set the evaluation of the effectiveness of specific training activity.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of the corporate education system in a specific organization. The theoretical part of the work defines the basic terms associated with education and development of employees using professional literature, it focuses on the issue of corporate education and its connection with the organization's strategy and, among other things, on the basic processes and methods of system education. Furthermore, using the available internal data and information, it describes the organizational structure and the current state of corporate education aimed at rank-and-file employees and managers of selected parts of the organization. The thesis presents the methodology of qualitative research supplemented with a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire, which was used in the first phase of the research investigation to obtain a wide and diverse portfolio of data from the largest possible number of participating respondents. This phase has the status of preliminary research, as it forms the basis for the implementation and concretization of research interviews. Value orientation and Moral Responsibility in Corporate Education of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic

Currently, Corporate education does not only have to be used to transfer know-how, but also to develop the required values and moral principles that help employees to better navigate and succeed in the organizational culture. For the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic, this coexistence with the internal culture and values of the organisation is essential because it is required of employees and officers not only internally but also by legislative regulations. It is fundamentally linked to the purpose of the service: to protect the lives and health of people, the environment, animals and property from fires and other emergencies and crises. This research paper provides insight into the internal education of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and the value setting of the firefighter organizational culture. It aims to map how the value orientation and moral responsibility of officers and employees develop or change and whether these changes are related to the internal education received. The subject of this work will be to describe and evaluate the current education system in the selected organization and analyze the educational needs of employees, their motivation and barriers for further education. The work will be divided into two parts. It is the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts associated with personnel management, tasks and strategies of human resources management and the importance of education for organization. It will also focus on the motivation of employees for further education and barriers that prevent employees from education. The issue of objectives and philosophy of education, education system, education process and methods of education will be addressed. The text will draw on domestic and foreign literature. Organizations in the Czech Republic, regardless of whether they are public institutions or private enterprises, are currently considering the need to digitalize their processes when transforming their activities. Especially in the past two years, the events of coping with the impact of the spread of COVID-19 have significantly influenced the needs and actions of social entities in the areas of work organization. This phenomenon has accelerated the use of digital tools in the field of further education building on changes in the manufacturing sector. For example, the concept of Industry 4.0 was promoted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. However, the increasing dynamics of the development and supply of digital tools for training is confronting training specialists in the private sector with the challenge of deciding which of the tools on offer are a real asset or just an ineffective experiment with no positive impact on their businesses. The thesis dealing with the topic "System of employee development in selected organisation" focuses on the educational system of a company operating in the automotive industry. It is a medium-sized company with about 150 employees. The company has chosen a competency model as a training strategy to achieve its training goals, i.e. the company has developed a competency matrix that shows which competencies are necessary for the performance of each job position. The aim of this thesis is to analyse and describe the educational strategy of the company under study, to identify problem areas and to suggest possible improvements. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, based on the study of the literature, and an empirical part, dealing with the investigation of the actual state of the functioning of the training system in the company by means of document analysis and structured interview with the HR manager. This thesis is dealing with internal coaching programmes in organizations. It bases on the theory of coaching method, coaching models and its forms and it describes the process of coaching dialogues. It also confronts coaching with psychotherapy and talks about the role of a coach and requirements for his expertise in the methodology. The thesis is describing internal coaching programmes in general and include specific examples from practice. They talk about reasons and advantages of internal coaching compared to the external. A part of this is a model of internal coaching programme for the environment of a law firm. The model is showing the possible connection of internal coaching with the existing in-company processes and the concept of key competencies of an organization. The thesis is not only following the existing internal coaching models, it is also evaluating them and outlining possible potential of internal coaching programmes in companies.
